Get Involved and Volunteer

Friends of the Earth has a huge number of volunteer opportunities. Please join our Climate and Energy team and exciting new campaign. We welcome all volunteer seekers. Here are some of the things we need and are offering now...

Art and Design Opportunities - see here

  • Digital social media projects and art work creation
  • Letter writing and promoting the campaigns
  • Letter box drops and meeting member of the community
  • Take part organising a protest or community gathering as a member of a campaign team
  • Help out around the office doing admin, finance and membership support as part of our Office collective
  • Spend a few hours a week doing research and campaign support as a campaign helper
  • Paint banners, design social media graphics, make videos... put your creative talents on show
  • Become a paid Supporter and Active Member and represent Friends of the Earth Brisbane in the media, conferences and policy meetings

The list goes on, and is only bounded by your own experience, skills and interests. The best way to start volunteering is to register below, drop by the office or send us an email and we'll get in touch for a one-on-one meeting or invite you to an introduction night.
